What you will do

• Act as the day-to-day finance partner for HR & Facilities leaders, supporting financial decision-making.
• Own budgeting and forecasting processes for headcount, payroll, benefits, and non-labor expenses.
• Partner with HR, Facilities, and business leaders to support functional plans and initiatives.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly variance analyses, financial bridges, and management presentations.
• Support executive and investor-facing reporting by providing accurate and timely financial analysis.
• Perform month-end close activities, including accrual preparation and coordination with accounting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in corporate finance, consulting, or accounting environments.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outputs.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting HR, Benefits, Payroll, or Facilities functions.
• Exposure to SaaS or Cloud-based business models.
• Experience with financial planning, ERP, and reporting tools (e.g., Adaptive, Workday).
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
