What you will do

• Provide post-implementation support to enterprise customers for hirify.global products.
• Identify and resolve issues related to hirify.global technologies and configurations.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customer technical and management staff.
• Proactively help customers avoid potential problems and ensure optimal environment maintenance.
• Respond in a timely manner to issues and utilize internal resources as needed.
• Listen to customer needs for opportunity discovery and forward to appropriate internal teams.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English.
• Proven technical skills in designing and delivering enterprise-level solutions.
• Experience with Platform-as-a-Service and Linux container technology (e.g., Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience with Enterprise Linux and Application Delivery.
• Good understanding of networking complexities.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Red Hat technologies.
• Linux accreditations.
