Location: Remote. Must be based in the US (excluding Wyoming and Illinois). While international candidates may be considered, the posted pay range is intended for US-based candidates. This position does not offer visa sponsorship. Initial training requires working from 9:00am - 5:30pm PST for two weeks.

Salary: $7,200–$16,000 per month ($45–$100/hour)

What you will do

• Provide accurate input and labels for structured finance projects using proprietary software.
• Deliver curated data for structured finance scenarios, including securitization and project finance.
• Collaborate with technical teams to train new AI tasks and develop innovative technologies.
• Assist in designing and improving efficient annotation tools for structured finance data.
• Analyze complex problems in structured finance to enhance AI model performance.
• Interpret, analyze, and execute tasks based on evolving instructions.

Requirements

• Professional experience in structured finance or related fields (e.g., investment banker, credit risk manager, rating agency analyst).
• Proficiency in reading and writing professional English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent reading comprehension and autonomous judgment with limited data.
• Passion for technological advancements and innovation in financial analysis.

Nice to have

• Relevant certification or advanced training (e.g., CFA, FRM).
• Experience mentoring or training others in structured finance.
• Comfort with recording audio or video sessions for data collection.
• Familiarity with AI or data annotation workflows.
