What you will do

• Lead medium to large, complex automation and advanced process control projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining objectives, scope, milestones, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Identify and assess project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation and contingency strategies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and technical alignment.
• Manage procurement and vendor activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials and solutions, and overseeing system testing and commissioning.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement of project management processes and tools, supporting proposal development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in advanced process control or industrial automation.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management.
• Solid understanding of digitalization technologies such as advanced process control (APC), industrial automation, data analytics, and IIoT platforms.
• Legally authorized to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluency in English is required, and ability and willingness to travel to domestic and international locations is a must.

Nice to have

• PMP certification is an asset.
• Experience in the Mining & Mineral Processing industry.
• Arabic language skills are a strong asset.
