What you will do
- Manage global optical development teams, including resource allocation and employee development across Denmark and Shenzhen labs.
- Execute optical solutions for technology, platform, and NPI roadmap projects on time.
- Standardize tools and processes for integration with mechanical, electrical, firmware, systems, and test & validation teams.
- Handle budget responsibilities and select optimal design concepts for new products or enhancements.
- Develop product variants and resolve quality issues with sustaining engineering.
Requirements
- Danish or European right to work required; no sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
- Proven leadership of skilled employees in a global context through changes.
- Ability to comprehend technical issues outside core competence and align processes globally.
- Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and process development skills linking R&D to products.
