Support (AI Automation)

Location: Remote, with the option to work anywhere in the world or from a corporate hub.

What you will do

• Monitor automation workflows, logs, alerts, and production stability.
• Design, build, and maintain modular n8n workflows for tickets, emails, Slack bots, analytics, and other support processes.
• Integrate Zendesk, payment platforms, third-party services, and REST APIs using secure authentication methods.
• Develop JavaScript scripts and work with LLMs to improve AI-powered customer support automations.
• Run A/B and multi-scenario tests, troubleshoot failed executions, and improve workflow reliability, error handling, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with backend, DevOps, support leads, and agents while documenting automation logic and updates in Confluence.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency at C1–C2 level, written and spoken.
• Strong expertise in Zendesk triggers, tags, macros, and SLA settings.
• Strong experience with n8n workflow automation, API integrations, debugging, and production issue analysis.
• Experience with REST APIs, OAuth, API keys, JSON payloads, and payment platforms such as PayPal or Stripe.
• Basic understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-powered automation workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and clearly document processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
• Understanding of mobile app versions, updates, and device compatibility.
• Knowledge of subscription renewals, refunds, and invoicing.
• Experience with OpenAI APIs, monitoring and observability tools, or Git.
