What you will do

• Monitor, detect, and address incidents in active automation workflows.
• Design, build, and maintain modular automation workflows using n8n and JavaScript.
• Integrate Zendesk with third-party platforms and manage API authentications.
• Troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows, track error logs.
• Run A/B and multi-scenario tests to evaluate automation effectiveness.
• Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams for AI solution integration and server performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with support leads and agents, and update the support team on new automations.

Requirements

• English: C1–C2 proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong expertise in Zendesk, including triggers, tags, macros, and SLA settings.
• Experience with n8n automation platform, including creating complex workflows, integrating APIs, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with payment platforms (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).
• Ability to identify inefficiencies, troubleshoot automation issues, and optimize workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
• Understanding of mobile app functionality (versions, updates, device compatibility).
• Knowledge of subscription models (renewals, refunds, invoicing).
