What you will do

• Maintain high quality standards for features and tools while embedded within the development team.
• Utilize various tools to provide feedback and keep the bug database updated.
• Mentor and support junior QA colleagues, helping them develop and refine their skills.
• Write comprehensive documentation and test cases for thorough project testing.
• Assist the engineering department in debugging code issues, such as crashes.
• Help with defining needs for QA tools.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven experience in QA, specifically as an embedded Technical QA working directly with development teams.
• Experience with at least one released AAA title.
• Strong experience in testing and validating content implementation, including level design, combat encounters, world assets, and scripting.
• Experience supporting content-heavy, open-world features and understanding their unique challenges.
• Ability to take full ownership over assigned features and pipelines, from early design analysis to final validation.
• Experience with game creation engines (UE5, Unity or similar).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with at least one programming language (preferably C++).
• Experience with source control systems (for example GitLab, Perforce).
• Automated tests implementation experience.
