What you will do
- Lead client onboarding from contract to operational go-live, coordinating technical and functional activities.
- Act as main contact for clients, building long-term trusted relationships and managing account satisfaction.
- Guide customers through platform configuration, integration, and usage with training and documentation.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and manage renewals to support retention strategies.
- Proactively identify risks and coordinate incident resolution with support and technical teams.
- Collect customer feedback to contribute to continuous product and service improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Catalan (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Client-oriented mindset with ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a digital, SaaS-based environment.
- Entry-level position based in Barcelona, Spain.
Nice to have
- Knowledge or experience in electronic invoicing, electronic document exchange, or digital compliance.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics.
- Previous experience in SaaS environments and software-based customer management roles.
- Additional languages like German, French, and Dutch are valued.
