What you will do
- Contribute to the long-term vision and prioritize the roadmap for the automotive category, boosting inventory quality and generating high-value leads.
- Adapt core marketplace features to meet the unique demands of the automotive world, including specialized search tools and dealer management systems.
- Design and launch value-added services like vehicle history reports and financing options in partnership with operations, finance, and external partners.
- Utilize data and experimentation (A/B testing) to improve the user journey from search to contact, reducing uncertainty and improving lead quality.
- Gather insights from buyers, private sellers, and professional dealerships to understand and solve online vehicle sales friction points.
- Guide cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, ensuring high-quality feature delivery and continuous performance evaluation.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Product Management, specifically within automotive marketplaces, motors classifieds, or vehicle aggregators.
- Deep understanding of the car-buying journey for private sellers and professional dealers.
- Comfortable bridging product vision and engineering, discussing API integrations and system architecture.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, using data to back up decisions and comfortable with data analysis tools.
- Natural ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- English: Fluency required for collaboration with the international team.

- Experience or interest in Machine Learning concepts (e.g., price estimation models, recommendation algorithms).
