What you will do

• Provide analytical support to various business functions.
• Deliver high-impact strategic analyses and cross-functional projects with the Lead Data Strategist.
• Develop and maintain data visualisations and dashboards.
• Translate complex business questions into structured analytical approaches and present insights to stakeholders.
• Respond to urgent analytical requests, investigate data quality issues, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles, ideally in B2C or growth environments.
• Strong SQL proficiency and excellent data visualisation skills using a modern BI tool (e.g., Metabase, Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Ability to work independently across multiple projects and present results to stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Must be based in Berlin, Germany for a hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Experience across multiple data domains (e.g., marketing, sales, operations, product, finance).
• Experience with dbt for data transformation models.
• Background in insurtech, fintech, or other regulated industries.
• Mentoring or coaching experience.
