TL;DR

Location: Office-first in Sao Paolo, Brazil, with business trips to other Brazilian cities and possibility to work remotely 52 days per year.

What you will do

  • Plan, organize, and participate in events and conferences within the B2B E-commerce sector.
  • Find and manage relationships with the right speakers for events.
  • Build attraction strategies for events in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Manage events from strategic planning to execution, including attendee recruitment, logistics, and post-event evaluation.
  • Lead branding efforts to enhance hirify.global's market presence.
  • Conduct webinars as a featured speaker to educate and engage audiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing functions.
  • 2+ years of experience in event management, particularly in B2B E-commerce.
  • Focus on results and metrics (conversion rates, SQLs, GMV, ROMI) with a data-driven approach.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English languages.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Readiness to go on business trips to other Brazilian cities.

Nice to have

  • Experience in conducting webinars as a speaker.
  • Experience with organizing events for large companies (enterprise segment).
  • Knowledge of branding strategies.
