TL;DR

Digital Marketing Assistant (DSP Ads Operations): Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of advertising campaigns across Netflix’s proprietary ad platforms with an accent on quality, compliance, and performance. Focus on reviewing media plans, trafficking campaigns, and monitoring pacing to ensure effective ad operations.

Location: Hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or hirify.global office in Sao Paulo, SP, Brazil.

What you will do

  • Review and quality-check media plans; build orders on Netflix’s proprietary ad server.
  • Handle creative asset submission and metadata entry.
  • Traffic campaigns including tag implementation, targeting setup, and frequency capping.
  • Conduct thorough QA checks pre-launch and during campaign flight.
  • Activate campaigns and proactively monitor pacing, flagging risks.

Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1)
  • Proficiency in ad servers and DSPs (e.g., Google Ad Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP, Amazon DSP).
  • Experience with trafficking tools and reporting platforms.
  • Familiarity with workflow and CRM tools such as Jira and Salesforce.
  • Understanding of CTV/OTT, video, and display ecosystems.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work across global teams and support 24/7 operations.
  • Experience in campaign optimization and billing reconciliation.
