What you will do
- Unify data from key sources (Personio, Lever, 15Five) into a trusted source of truth with high standards for data quality, documentation, and GDPR compliance.
- Own core People metrics and build dashboards that help leadership move from "what happened" to "what to do next" through deep-dive analysis.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, translating business questions into measurable insights and raising overall data literacy across the organization.
- Turn survey and feedback signals into clear recommended actions while building scalable reporting processes that reduce manual work.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of professional experience in HRBP or People Teams, with at least 2-3 years specifically focused on People Analytics, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Experience designing and implementing end-to-end People data processes, including data hygiene, metric definitions, reporting workflows, and documentation.
- Strong business partnering skills, able to translate complex People data (headcount, turnover, costs) into actionable insights for HRBPs, leaders, and stakeholders.
- Analytical and structured problem-solver, capable of organizing fragmented HR data, defining metrics, and creating scalable reporting solutions.
- Tool-agnostic and pragmatic, able to assess, select, and implement the right analytics platforms and methodologies.
