What you will do

• Drive delivery and shape requirements for complex Credit flows, including bond and loan trading and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely trade and position submissions.
• Take end-to-end ownership of analysis and delivery initiatives.
• Identify and analyze business problems and client requirements.
• Develop business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet needs.
• Support the creation of business cases, conduct feasibility studies, and create operational/process designs.

Requirements

• Strong requirements analysis and process-improvement skills, translating needs into clear user stories.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of analysis and delivery with strong decision-making ability.
• Solid delivery management across global teams, including risk/issue control and backlog prioritisation.
• Hands-on Agile tooling expertise (JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence).
• Excellent communication skills across business and technology stakeholders.
• Must be based in the Prague office.

Nice to have

• Ability to create high-quality BRDs, functional specs, process maps, and operational designs.
• Experience with prototyping, journey mapping, and facilitating requirements workshops.
• Strong business-outcome focus with technical awareness (SDLC, APIs, data structures).
• Familiarity with credit or Fixed Income trading environments and proficiency with BA-relevant data analysis tools.
