What you will do

• Define and maintain policies and standards for IT asset lifecycle management.
• Serve as subject matter expert for ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM modules.
• Manage daily licensing operations for major software publishers (Microsoft, SAP, Adobe, IBM, Oracle).
• Monitor software license agreements for compliance and cost optimization.
• Present financial data related to IT purchases and renewals to leadership.
• Oversee hardware asset lifecycle processes and support software implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 6 years of experience in IT Asset Management or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of ITAM and ITSM platforms, with experience in ServiceNow SAM Pro.
• Experience reviewing software license agreements and IT contracts.
• Understanding of software licensing models (on-prem, cloud, SaaS) and compliance.
• Must live in the United States and be willing to travel quarterly to East Aurora, NY.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications (ITAM, ITIL v4, ISO 19770).
• Experience with cloud licensing and SaaS management.
• Familiarity with FinOps principles.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework methodology.
