What you will do

• Lead architecture, delivery, and operations of regulated digital markets infrastructure built on EVM-compatible DLT, Java Spring Boot microservices, and Azure.
• Collaborate with product teams and architects to deliver scalable and reliable software solutions.
• Play a pivotal role in the product development life cycle.
• Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure software design goals are met.
• Ensure alignment of software solutions with hirify.global’s technology and business goals.
• Mentor, coach, and develop engineers at different career stages.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing and operating EVM-based DLT for regulated digital securities, including secure smart contracts and production-grade key management.
• Proven experience in software development as a senior engineering lead.
• Expert level programming skills in Java, Spring Boot, Spring JDBC, and Spring Data.
• Experience with microservices and event-based architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud (Azure, AWS, or similar) for deploying, managing, and scaling backend applications.
• Commercial awareness and knowledge of financial services.
• English: B2 required
