What you will do

• Secure a global platform that drives many of the world's most popular sites.
• Manage cloud security controls and ensure the security of cloud service offerings across major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Secure Kubernetes and containerized workloads.
• Develop custom security automation using Python, Golang, and Bash.
• Handle security incidents and perform investigative activities in Linux and cloud-based environments.
• Collaborate, influence, and educate internal partners on cloud security.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a security engineering or related role.
• Solid understanding and demonstrated expertise managing cloud security controls for at least one major cloud provider (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Experience securing Kubernetes and containerized workloads.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and associated security validations.
• Experience working with API integrations and developing custom security automation (Python, Golang, Bash).
• Strong Linux security experience (hardening, vulnerability management, security alerting).
• Advanced ability to communicate clearly and influence others as a domain expert for cloud security.

Nice to have

• Multi-cloud experience (GCP, AWS, Azure, Heroku).
• Application security and code reviews experience.
• Threat modeling experience.
• Hands-on experience with Cloudflare WAF.
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tooling.
• Relevant security certifications.
