What you will do

• Define and deliver the systems roadmap, aligning initiatives with Finance and operational business goals.
• Lead project discovery, design, and execution from initial scoping through to testing and deployment.
• Manage and develop the NetSuite team, fostering a culture of ownership and high-quality output.
• Oversee the health of the NetSuite OneWorld configuration and the broader integration landscape using Celigo.
• Partner closely with Finance stakeholders to ensure systems support reporting, compliance, and process efficiency.
• Provide technical oversight and occasional hands-on support for configuration and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in ERP or Business Systems.
• Significant experience with NetSuite in a multi-entity environment (NetSuite OneWorld).
• Proven leadership experience managing developers or administrators.
• Strong expertise in project management and cross-functional stakeholder communication.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite workflows, saved searches, and integrations.
• Experience overseeing production integrations, preferably using iPaaS tools like Celigo.

Nice to have

• NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or ERP Consultant).
• Familiarity with SuiteScript and complex technical deployments.
