What you will do
- Define and deliver the systems roadmap, aligning initiatives with Finance and operational business goals.
- Lead project discovery, design, and execution from initial scoping through to testing and deployment.
- Manage and develop the NetSuite team, fostering a culture of ownership and high-quality output.
- Oversee the health of the NetSuite OneWorld configuration and the broader integration landscape using Celigo.
- Partner closely with Finance stakeholders to ensure systems support reporting, compliance, and process efficiency.
- Provide technical oversight and occasional hands-on support for configuration and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in ERP or Business Systems.
- Significant experience with NetSuite in a multi-entity environment (NetSuite OneWorld).
- Proven leadership experience managing developers or administrators.
- Strong expertise in project management and cross-functional stakeholder communication.
- Working knowledge of NetSuite workflows, saved searches, and integrations.
- Experience overseeing production integrations, preferably using iPaaS tools like Celigo.
Nice to have
- NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or ERP Consultant).
- Familiarity with SuiteScript and complex technical deployments.
