What you will do

• Own and deliver the Systems roadmap, aligning with business goals and operational needs.
• Lead project scoping, solution design, and delivery for systems initiatives from discovery to adoption.
• Manage and develop a high-performing NetSuite team, fostering ownership and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the health and evolution of NetSuite OneWorld configuration across subsidiaries, ensuring scalability and audit-readiness.
• Manage the Systems budget and external vendor relationships for cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Partner with Finance to shape process improvements and build efficient solutions for accurate reporting.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in ERP / Business Systems, with significant NetSuite experience (NetSuite OneWorld preferred).
• Proven people leadership experience, ideally managing developers and administrators.
• Strong project leadership skills, owning timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication for cross-functional systems projects.
• Strong solution design capability to translate business requirements into practical system designs.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite capabilities (workflows, roles/permissions, saved searches/reporting, common finance processes).
• Experience overseeing integrations in production (ideally Celigo or similar iPaaS/middleware).

Nice to have

• NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, Administrator, ERP Consultant).
