What you will do

• Define and execute the roadmap for ALM, FX Exposure management, and Liquidity reporting.
• Lead the mapping of transactional data to General Ledgers and Chart of Accounts, ensuring data consistency.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the Treasurer and Head of Accounting, challenging current methodologies.
• Build systems and frameworks to monitor and manage global liquidity exposure in real-time.
• Partner with engineering teams to drive requirements and ensure technical output meets financial compliance.
• Transform the organization from a user-centric to a platform-centric model for scalability.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in ALM, Treasury, or Financial Engineering within Fintech/Banking.
• Intimate understanding of FX exposure within balance sheets, risk mitigation, and liquidity risk management.
• Experience building or implementing Treasury Management Systems (TMS) or ALM platforms from scratch.
• Proven experience in Product Management or Business Systems Analysis in a high-growth environment.
• Ability to challenge senior stakeholders and drive scalable solutions.
• Experience with Financial Reporting Systems and ERP integrations.
