Group Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: hirify.global Sao Paulo Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week

What you will do

• Own the Connectivity (ERPs) product domain, including direct integrations and third-party aggregation platforms.
• Define the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for ERP connectivity.
• Translate partner and business needs into clear API requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Compliance.
• Ensure a high standard of API design, consistency, and versioning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience (for L4) / 7+ years (for L5).
• Strong experience with APIs, integrations, or platform products.
• Direct experience in ERP or accounting software integrations.
• Comfortable working with technical teams on complex data models and workflows.
• Proven ability to manage external dependencies and third-party vendors.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial data platforms.
• Familiarity with OAuth, webhooks, data sync models, and reconciliation.
• Experience defining API standards and versioning strategies.
