• Transform customer needs into off-the-shelf hirify.global solutions.
• Provide pre-sales technical support to customers.
• Promote the customer value proposition.
• Interact with R&D, product management, and sales teams to solve customer problems.
• Provide product demonstrations and training to customers.
• Support trade shows and customer meetings worldwide.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful technical communication with prospects and customers.
• Deep understanding of hirify.global products and industry trends.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of Hardware Security, Cryptography, Root of trust, Common Criteria, FIPS, and Integrated Secure Element (iSE).
• US citizenship required
