Salary: $168,560.00–$231,770.00 USD Annual

What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of security engineers, focusing on performance, career development, and team operational efficiency.
• Oversee team sprints and quarterly objectives, ensuring timely delivery of security projects like attack surface management and IaC security.
• Provide technical guidance as a "player-coach" in design reviews and automated security solutions.
• Partner with Product & Technology teams to drive adoption of secure-by-default practices.
• Collaborate with GRC and Internal Audit to ensure regulatory compliance of engineering outputs.
• Foster a culture of automation, security-as-code, and continuous learning within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical security role, with 2+ years in formal people leadership or team lead capacity.
• Solid foundation in security domains such as product security, IAM, data protection, and infrastructure/cloud security.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred), IaC (Terraform), and containerization (Kubernetes).
• Proven ability to take a high-level roadmap and break it down into achievable technical tasks.
• Strong ability to communicate technical progress and risks to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or equivalent practical experience.
