What you will do

• Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
• Create design artifacts, including customer journeys, prototypes, and UI mockups.
• Use qualitative and quantitative user data to optimize product experiences.
• Design scalable patterns and components for seller-facing experiences and internal tools.
• Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, user interviews, and usability tests.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, researchers, and data analysts throughout the product development cycle.

Requirements

• Experience as a UX/UI, Product, or Interaction Designer in an agile environment, ideally within B2C platforms.
• Strong interaction and systems-thinking skills.
• Comfortable working within a design system.
• Experience running usability tests and turning insights into improvements.
• Proficient in German and English, for user tests with German-speaking participants.
• Adaptable and thrive in a dynamic environment.
