What you will do

• Develop, test, and deploy EDI transactions (837, 835, 270/271, 276/277, and 999).
• Work with trading partners to establish and maintain EDI connections (SFTP, AS2, etc.).
• Collaborate with business analysts and internal stakeholders to gather integration requirements and define mapping specifications.
• Monitor daily EDI transaction processing and troubleshoot errors, rejections, and issues.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in all data exchanges and maintain thorough documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in EDI development or integration within the healthcare industry.
• Strong experience with ANSI X12 formats, especially 837, 835, 270/271.
• Hands-on experience with EDI mapping, translation, and integration tools.
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance, healthcare claims processing, and payer/provider data flows.
• Proficiency in scripting languages and SQL for data manipulation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
