What you will do

• Collaborate with the team to define, implement, and take ownership of the technical stack.
• Participate in the entire product lifecycle with a strong emphasis on clean, efficient coding and effective debugging.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, working closely with front-end developers.
• Design and build reusable code, frameworks, and libraries to accelerate development and ensure maintainability across projects.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement best-in-class security practices and data protection measures.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in building large-scale products.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Expertise in Java and Spring or other relevant frameworks.
• Knowledge of container management tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Good knowledge in at least one of the SQL or NoSQL databases: Postgres, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis.
