Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled MDM Support Engineer to support and enhance Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM) systems. The ideal candidate will have strong data engineering fundamentals, hands-on MDM/PIM platform experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, integration-heavy enterprise environment.
You will work closely with data, application, and DevOps teams to ensure high data quality, system stability, and seamless data integration across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide L2/L3 support for MDM/PIM platforms, ensuring system availability and performance.
* Work on Riversand MDM/PIM implementation, customization, and issue resolution.
* Develop and support REST APIs and integrations based on SOA architecture.
* Handle data ingestion, transformation, and synchronization across systems.
* Write, optimize, and tune complex SQL queries and stored procedures in Snowflake or other large databases.
* Work with stream processing systems such as Kafka or Azure Event Hub.
* Participate in CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and DevOps practices.
* Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data governance and quality initiatives.
* Manage multiple priorities and deliver in a high-demand support environment.

Required Technical Skills
* 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer / Software Engineer / MDM Support Engineer.
* Hands-on experience with Riversand MDM or PIM.
* Strong knowledge of Core Java and JSON.
* Experience with RESTful APIs and SOA architecture.
* Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, test automation).
* Experience with stream-processing technologies like Kafka or Azure Event Hub.
* Advanced SQL skills, including:
o Stored procedures
o Query optimization and performance tuning
o Working with Snowflake or other enterprise databases
