What you will do

• Join greenfield projects from intake and architecture to implementation and handover.
• Receive 1-on-1 mentoring from a senior engineer to learn architectural decisions and balance quality with impact.
• Collaborate closely with engineers who speak at top-tier tech conferences.
• Work in a polyglot environment using languages like Java, Kotlin, Scala, TypeScript, and Go.
• Explore and leverage cutting-edge technologies, including generative AI, microservices, and event sourcing.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a backend software engineer.
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Scala, TypeScript, and/or Go.
• Possess a polyglot mindset, using the right tool for the job.
• Have clear communication, fast learning abilities, and openness to feedback.
• Hold a technical degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or equivalent experience.
• Experience with unit testing, and ideally with containerization and microservices.
