What you will do
- Design and implement efficient, scalable microservices in Go, Java, and Rust.
- Write clean, maintainable Go code leveraging concurrency and performance optimizations.
- Collaborate with engineers, traders, and quants to deliver features end-to-end.
- Grow expertise in Go, Java, Rust ecosystems, and distributed system design.
- Facilitate setting Go standards and best practices with the wider engineering team.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Computing Science, Mathematics or other quantitative fields.
- 2+ years working experience in professional software development using Go.
- 7+ years working experience in software development.
- In-depth knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Experience in parallel and multithreaded programming.
- Ability to communicate with technical and business colleagues.
