Salary: €71,160–€89,160 + 5% year-end bonus

What you will do
- Influence architecture, drive delivery, and make business impact on long-term greenfield projects.
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary squad (backend, frontend, cloud, data engineers) on end-to-end solutions.
- Explore and apply cutting-edge tech like event sourcing, generative AI, distributed systems, and cloud-native delivery.
- Improve observability, mentor juniors, and pitch new approaches in design sessions.
- Work in a polyglot stack including Java, Kotlin, Scala, TypeScript, and Go.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional backend software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or Scala (plus optionally TypeScript/Go).
- Curious mindset, proactive communication, and ambition to grow into a senior/lead role.
- A technical BSc or MSc degree (or equivalent thinking level).
Nice to have
- Experience with containerization, microservices, and cloud-native architecture.
- Strong fundamentals in system design, testing, and clean coding.
