Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience as a JVM backend engineer (Java, Kotlin, or Scala).
• Interest in working polyglot (e.g., with Go or TypeScript).
• Comfortable with cloud-native development, microservices, CI/CD, and testing.
• Hold a technical bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Ability to write and run your own code by default.
• Bring curiosity, strong communication, and a continuous improvement mindset.
