- Craft monetization experiences through new features and enhancements.
- Define and shape end-to-end monetization workflows from early ideas to final implementation.
- Leverage customer insights to drive improvements in conversion, upgrades, retention, and subscription management.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on pricing, plans, billing, and payments.
- Elevate design culture and produce consistent, high-quality work to support revenue growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in product design roles.
- 3+ years of experience designing growth or monetization-related product experiences.
- Demonstrated mastery of product design, including prototyping, visual and interaction design.
- Curiosity for exploring new ideas and solutions across technology and user-centric design.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive towards clarity by validating hypotheses.
- Strong empathy for the customer journey, especially around pricing, payment, and trust.
- Excellent communication skills for sharing thoughts and engaging in debate.
- Ability to partner with diverse teams to achieve business results.
- Bias to action, taking rapid and decisive steps forward.
