What you will do

• Take ownership of design workstreams, creating detailed design documentation and prototypes based on customer needs.
• Define design requirements and deliver user-centric design solutions in collaboration with clients.
• Map current-state and future-state services, defining end-to-end journeys and visualizing interactions across systems.
• Present and advocate for design decisions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with integrating design thinking into larger project frameworks, collaborating with engineering and other teams.
• Utilize feedback from stakeholders to iterate and refine experience-level design solutions, ensuring high quality and usability.
• Proficiently use AI-powered tools to drive research, prototyping, and design iteration.
• Design and refine human/AI interaction flows, balancing automation with human control.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of human-centered design methods and mindset.
• Excels at aligning stakeholders through workshops and collaborative sessions.
• Ability to map and model enterprise services using service blueprints, journey frameworks, and cross-channel interaction flows.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience in designing and conducting generative and evaluative user research.
• Capability to create context-appropriate, low-to-high fidelity prototypes.
• Expertise in information design and service-ecosystem visualization.
• Experience leveraging AI tools while maintaining quality and ethical standards.

Nice to have

• 6–7 years’ experience as listed in the previous section.
• Deep industry vertical experience.
• Experience in both enterprise and agency worlds.
• Knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure or other technical applications.
• Background in human behavior, change management, or other applied social sciences.
• AI/ML background.
