Senior HR Partner (Gaming): Driving talent management, performance, and engagement outcomes by partnering with leaders to implement people strategies and manage employee relations. What you will do

  • Partner with leaders to co-develop and implement people strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Coach and advise managers on people matters across the team member and managerial lifecycle.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, including performance concerns, conflict resolution, and policy interpretations.
  • Facilitate and support talent development initiatives and the end-to-end performance management cycle.
  • Partner with senior leaders and the HR Rewards Team to support salary review exercises and benefits implementation.
  • Derive insights from team member experience surveys and drive key HR lifecycle processes.

Requirements

  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence effectively.
  • Proven capability in managing complex employee relations matters, organizational design efforts, and change management initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • High level of professionalism, demonstrating sound judgment and strong organizational skills.
  • Solid working knowledge of end-to-end HR lifecycle processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong business acumen paired with a continuous improvement mindset.
