Location: Hybrid (Singapore) — must be in office 3 days a week

What you will do
- Support end-to-end project lifecycles for People Team initiatives and manage stakeholders.
- Identify manual HR workflows and implement AI solutions to automate and streamline communications and documentation.
- Analyze people data to identify trends in hiring, retention, and engagement to provide leadership recommendations.
- Maintain and audit internal documentation and the company knowledge base.
- Act as an internal champion and power user for proprietary AI tools to improve team decision-making.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (any major) or a relevant HR program.
- Ability to commit to a minimum 12-week internship between July and December 2026.
- Based in Singapore with the ability to work in-office 3 days a week.
- Fluency in AI tools and experience with LLMs or automation tools.
- Strong data literacy and proficiency in spreadsheets and data visualization.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience managing internal Wikis such as Confluence or Notion.
- Familiarity with HR compliance, program administration, and HR tools.
- Background in Project Management (PMO) or Business Operations.
