What you will do
- Define and drive organizational philosophy for people decisions in hiring, performance, rewards, and talent management.
- Design organization structures, roles, and workforce plans aligned to business strategy.
- Raise talent density by identifying and positioning high-potentials into critical roles.
- Set high standards for hiring and performance with rigorous assessment frameworks.
- Diagnose risks to leadership and team health, intervening decisively in complex situations.
- Build leadership capability and systems for self-sustaining high performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years in HR/People roles, including HR Business Partnering or People leadership in fast-growing tech/scale-up environments.
- Proven partnering with senior leaders on organizational design and talent strategy.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, business acumen, and judgement.
- Experience in high ambiguity, speed, and change environments.
- Comfortable challenging senior leaders and handling sensitive decisions.
