What you will do

  • Lead frontend development efforts, including architecture design, implementation, and optimization of web applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into robust solutions.
  • Drive technical decision-making with consideration for business objectives and customer needs.
  • Optimize application performance and responsiveness by identifying and addressing bottlenecks.
  • Improve CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and monitoring systems.
  • Guide junior engineers in adopting best practices and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years as a Frontend Engineer focused on modern web application development.
  • Expert-level proficiency in React, Redux, and TypeScript.
  • Strong experience with Jest for unit/integration testing and Playwright for E2E automation.
  • Deep knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Must be available five days per week during designated work hours within the U.S.
