What you will do

• Partner with area leads to shape data-informed decisions across the business.
• Define, track, and own metrics like power usage and user satisfaction.
• Run experiments end-to-end: design, analyze, and translate into clear product recommendations.
• Build pipelines, dashboards, and analyses for self-serve insights.
• Establish data culture and foundations as an early member of the data team.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of full-time data science experience.
• Strong track record of shipping high-impact work when operating in ambiguity.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear insights and stories for engineers, PMs, and execs.
• Experience at a hyper-growth startup or research organization.
• Fluent in SQL, Python, and AB testing, and able to write pipelines to unblock yourself.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with dbt.
• Experience working on productivity software or AI tooling.
