What you will do

• Partner with clients, from data owners to C-level executives, to understand needs and build impactful analytics solutions.
• Translate business problems into analytical problems and develop models aimed at solving client and user problems.
• Write highly optimized code to advance the internal Data Science Toolbox.
• Participate in R&D projects and present at meetings and conferences.
• Work on frameworks and libraries used by data scientists and data engineers.
• Guide global companies through data science solutions to transform their businesses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, master's or PhD in computer science, machine learning, applied statistics, mathematics, engineering or artificial intelligence.
• 2+ years of professional experience in applying machine learning and data mining techniques to real problems with copious amounts of data.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python’s Data Science stack is a must; good knowledge of at least one big data framework (PySpark, Hive, Hadoop) is a plus.
• Ability to prototype statistical analysis and modeling algorithms.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering & generative AI application building (RAG, Agentic systems); understanding engineering standards, QA/Risk Management.
• Willingness to travel is required.
