What you will do
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance-driven campaigns for Autohero and Wirkaufendeinauto.de across TV, OOH, Radio, and digital channels.
- Develop and implement cutting-edge measurement and attribution frameworks to maximize marketing effectiveness.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, integrating KPIs with core business data to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee strategic budget management and allocation across channels for efficient customer acquisition and brand growth.
- Build and present compelling, data-backed business cases for brand initiatives.
- Lead negotiations for TV pricing and manage high-level relationships with agencies and media partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in managing and scaling complex online and offline marketing campaigns with a proven track record.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a strategic, data-driven approach, with proficiency in Excel.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a keen attention to detail and a structured mindset.
- Extensive experience in managing agency and media supplier relationships at a senior level.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills; fluency in English is essential.
- High motivation, adaptability, and a commitment to challenging the status status quo and driving innovation.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL or BigQuery.
- Expertise in programmatic media buying and shaping creative strategy and direction.
- Fluency in an additional European language (German, Spanish, Swedish, or Portuguese).
