What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical delivery of features, ensuring quality, scalability, and timely execution.
• Lead system and feature design, making sustainable technical decisions and trade-offs.
• Act as the technical reference for the team through design and code reviews and day-to-day guidance.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in architecture, testing, and CI/CD.
• Oversee integrations, production performance, and resolution of complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Proven backend engineering experience with exposure to technical leadership or mentoring.
• Strong Python 3 skills and hands-on experience building REST APIs (Django/DRF preferred).
• Solid understanding of system design, data structures, and performance considerations.
• Experienced with relational databases, Unix systems, and modern CI/CD practices.
• Clear communicator, quality-driven, and comfortable owning delivery and technical decisions.
• English: B2 required.
