What you will do
- Use business knowledge and analytics to manage the internal cost review policy to maintain profitability while winning strategic deals.
- Oversee day-to-day pricing operations, including bids, freight and cost rules, partner payouts, and rebate programs, managing the financial implications and variations.
- Maintain and optimize pricing systems (Salesforce, pricing engine) for accuracy and efficiency, and implement enhancements to pricing workflows and tools in collaboration with IT.
- Drive pricing accountability and focus with Sales RVP and GTM Leadership through reporting, analytics and pricing reviews.
- Support the RFP team on complex pricing requests, building out financial models to support winning bids for large opportunities.
- Develop and deliver training content in partnership with the Supervisor Pricing Enablement on pricing processes and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management or Sales enablement, and 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Track record of successful team leadership within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in PowerBI, pricing tools and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated financial business acumen and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to effectively communicate conclusions and recommendations to leadership and customers.
