hirify.global is seeking an experienced and strategic finance manager to lead financial planning and analysis.

What you will do

• Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop and enhance financial models, reporting packages, and KPI dashboards.
• Analyze financial performance, variances, and trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to functional and business unit leaders, providing financial guidance.
• Conduct scenario modeling, sensitivity analyses, and investment evaluations.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, planning cycles, and reporting frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA is an asset.
• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, ideally within a complex or growth-oriented environment.
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, especially in presenting to senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
• Experience with financial systems, planning tools, and data visualization platforms.
