AWS Cloud Foundation Architect

TL;DR

AWS Cloud Foundation Architect (AWS): Designing and enhancing automated solutions for Cloud Foundation deployments with an accent on robust Cloud Foundations, security, networking, and IAM. Focus on designing new automated solutions, improving existing ones, and ensuring seamless deployment and management.

Location: Remote, but all applicants must have the right to work in Finland.

What you will do

• Enhance services within the Cloud Foundation offering.
• Design new automated solutions and improve existing ones to make deploying and managing Cloud Foundations easier.
• Gather feedback from internal teams and external stakeholders (clients).
• Actively work through a backlog of tasks, implementing new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure the product meets specific requirements.
• Provide assistance and support to the Delivery function and Managed Cloud team.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in design and delivery of solutions using Terraform.
• Hands-on experience in designing and delivering solutions using Terragrunt, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of AWS Cloud security, AWS networking, and IAM.
• Knowledge of the AWS Cloud Adoption Framework and general understanding of AWS best practices for Landing Zones.
• Fluent in English.
• All applicants must have the right to work in Finland.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Software Design and Release Management.
• DevOps experience or a willingness to learn DevOps.
• Solid engineering/technical background with hands-on experience in conceptualizing, strategizing, and designing software solutions.
• AWS Professional-level certification; knowledge of Google Cloud or Azure.
• Python knowledge.
