What you will do

• Designing and developing Generative AI agents.
• Following best practices in the GenAI field (including MCP, A2A, RAG methods).
• Recommending new approaches and driving AI solution innovation.

Requirements

• Programming Proficiency: strong skills in Python or an equivalent programming language.
• Familiarity with AI Tools: knowledge of LangGraph or similar tools.
• Thought Leadership: ability to provide thought leadership focused on Generative AI patterns and practical use cases.
• Software Engineering Foundations: solid understanding of software engineering principles, methodologies, and tools to ensure maintainable, scalable code and solutions.
• Fluent communication skills in English
• All applicants must have the right to work in Poland.
