Location: Mexico City. This is a hybrid model requiring 8 days per month in the office.

What you will do
- Collaborate with Account Managers to implement hirify.global solutions for customers in the US, Canada, and LATAM.
- Manage customer-facing and non-customer-facing operational responsibilities, including platform demonstrations and trainings.
- Guide customer invitation of supplier rating assessments to drive product adoption and sustainability impact.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, responding to requests and resolving user issues.
- Liaise between customers and hirify.global departments to solve challenges.
- Lead or contribute to internal and customer-focused projects for process formalization and standardization.
Requirements
- 0-2 years direct customer experience with large accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Formal education in Supply Chain, Sustainability, or Business is preferred.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (written and oral) required.
- Excellent Excel and data analytical skills.
- Ability to summarize data into insights for presentations.
- Computer literate (MS Office, Google Suite, Project management tools).
- Interest in working in an international and multicultural environment, passionate about sustainability.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of procurement systems or SaaS solutions is an asset but not mandatory.
