Location: Hybrid in Mexico City, at least 3 days a week in-office

What you will do

• Provide expert support to clients on Calypso Back Office product issues through the ticketing system.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues by providing functional guidance or partnering with internal technical teams.
• Collaborate with external and internal partners to resolve issues related to Exchange-Traded Derivatives and regulatory reporting.
• Maintain subject-matter expertise across one or more asset classes and stay up to date with market and industry trends.
• Mentor new team members and contribute to special projects improving product and client experience.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Exchange-Traded Derivatives, regulatory reporting (CFTC or Exchange), and Initial/Variation Margin calculation for futures and options.
• Experience analyzing and resolving functional issues within Calypso or similar post-trade/back-office systems.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, influence decisions, and communicate complex information in a clear, client-friendly way.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to assess issues and provide solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of trade capture, valuation, trade workflows, settlements, or collateral management.
• Experience working in capital markets, fintech, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with global teams and cross-time-zone collaboration.
