Location: This is a role based in our London office, with a mandatory in-office presence four days per week. You can work remotely from anywhere in the world for up to 20 days per year.

What you will do

• Support day-to-day activities and projects within the Growth Marketing Team.
• Assist in delivering initiatives related to automating growth workflows and building AI-powered marketing tools.
• Conduct research, analysis, and reporting to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Compliance, Data, and Customer Success.
• Prepare documentation, presentations, or insights for internal stakeholders.
• Learn industry best practices and contribute ideas to improve processes and outcomes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative/technical field.
• Technical curiosity, automation-first mindset, experimental builder, growth hacker energy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
