What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and related frameworks.
• Implement business logic, RESTful APIs, and integrations with internal and external systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
• Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and other team members to deliver features.

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial development experience as a Java Developer.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Java 11+, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Confident knowledge and experience with microservice architecture.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above.
• German: Intermediate+ (B1) and above.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes containerization technology.
• Experience with Kafka.
