What you will do
- Define and own the product roadmap from early discovery through delivery.
- Translate business and user needs into solutions, framing problems and hypotheses clearly.
- Turn requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria the team knows what to build and more importantly, why.
- Prioritise the product backlog with inputs from key stakeholders.
- Balance experimentation and delivery, ensuring short-term wins while building toward long-term product maturity.
- Define and monitor success metrics products — ensuring outcomes are measurable and traceable to business impact.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience delivering for a public facing digital product.
- Previous experience managing a product backlog and building features with a remote team.
- Proficient in industry standard tools such as Google Analytics, Atlassian, Google Suite.
- Able to work well in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Understanding of agile and iterative development.
- Expert-level decision-making to say no to low-value ideas with reasoning and data in support.
- Strong analytical thinking using data, user metrics, and market research to drive product decisions.
