What you will do

• Develop and execute data-driven LiveOps event and monetization strategies.
• Utilise analytics and player feedback to refine strategies and identify trends.
• Manage established tools for streamlined operations and drive automation.
• Maintain agility and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with Product, LiveOps, Community, and Game Design teams to ensure long-term success and positive player experience.

Requirements

• Passion for gaming, with strong interest or experience in free-to-play games.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Google Suite and/or MS Office.
• Deep knowledge of LiveOps game dynamics, including monetization strategies, in-game economies, and player behavior.
• Resilient, detail-oriented team player, passionate about game monetization.
• English: C1+ required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Goodgame Empire and Empire Four Kingdoms products.
• Prior experience planning and operating in-app offers in a live game.
• Comfortable taking calculated risks and sharing lessons learned.
• History of creating tools to improve workflows (Apps script, SQL).
• Basic knowledge of game and systems design with readiness to engage in monetization strategy discussions.
